Born and raised in Palermo, Sicily, Chef Giovanni Spataro’s passion for food started at a young age. Giovanni Spataro has been appointed the new Chef de Cuisine of Culina Ristorante + Caffé at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.
